iMago – FAMILY BASED ART APPRECIATION
Innovation can take two forms – radical or breakthrough, both of these adjectives sound quite dramatic and impactful. However, I believe that innovation is typically the result of incremental steps that gradually improve products, services, and processes within established ecosystems. Over time, this can lead to radical change when old systems and rules become outdated, and industries, companies, and people’s lives must adapt to new systems, rules, and behaviours. This phenomenon is scientifically referred to as a “paradigm shift.”
Therefore, as an innovation specialist, I always understood product development through this lens, and I was even more convinced that innovators need to elaborate, investigate and test innovative possibilities. So, now the idea of my product iMago-FBAA has acquired more realistic and explicit characteristics.
I had been thinking a lot about techniques for helping children to learn about art and its history, as not everyone has the chance to travel and visit world museums and get knowledge about important genres. York St John University in London helped me to shape the idea of my business and allowed me to analyse it through the perspective of the several courses I enjoyed very much.
iMago is aimed to help family members explore the world of pictorial art through learning about important eras and genres through active painting. Additionally, iMago – Family Based Art Appreciation – provides fun for joint family gatherings, hobby times, and school holidays. The product supports the GCSE Art component of the national curriculum.
Art has become an integral part of STEM education, resulting in the acronym STEAM, which helps to enhance students’ creativity. “Art, craft and design supports and services other subjects, industries and sectors. It provides an introduction to potential careers in the visual arts and creative, heritage, cultural and digital and design media industries, sectors that are contributing significantly to the UK’s economy and reputation on a competitive international world-class platform. Many young people come to the UK to study art, craft and design.”
In upcoming blog posts, I will tell more about iMago-FBAA. Would you follow my business, and we can collaborate to expand our knowledge about art movements? Together, we can accomplish more.
